The Local Union 25 apprenticeship program is your pipeline to success!

Local 25 apprentices train in our state-of-the-art training center, which houses the industry’s most advanced technology and training equipment in 36,000 square feet. Apprentices learn technology, fabrication, welding and drafting, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) from some of the best instructors in the Quad Cities, then receive hands-on training with one of Local 25’s highly-regarded signatory contractors.

What you need to know:

Our apprenticeship program covers three areas within the trade: plumbing, pipefitting and HVACR service. No matter which track apprentices choose, each 5-year apprenticeship includes:

  • 8,500 hours of on-the-job-training
  • 1,300 classroom hours
  • A paycheck while you learn

Starting pay is an annual salary of $35,000 — with wage increases every year until journeyman status has been reached.
