HVACR service techs install, maintain and repair heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) in the residential, commercial and industrial markets. HVACR techs play an important role in enhancing customers’ health, safety, comfort and energy efficiency.

Your 5-year apprenticeship includes:

  • 8,500 hours of on-the-job training
  • 1,300 classroom hours
  • A paycheck while you learn

HVACR Tech Checklist:

  • Are you a hard worker who takes pride in being on time?
  • Are you willing to work in high places and confined spaces?
  • Do you have a high school diploma or GED?
  • Are you good at math?
