Application Information

Application deadline is January 31, 2019

All applications, necessary documents and payments must be turned in by the January 31, 2019 deadline to be considered for the 2019 apprentice program. Applications will not be considered if payment and necessary documents have not been received.

Applications received after the January 31, 2019 deadline will be considered for the 2020 apprentice program and will receive notification of application status in February 2020.

The Plumbers and Pipefitters JATC of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois will not discriminate against apprenticeship applicants or apprentices based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), sexual orientation, genetic information, or because they are an individual with a disability or a person 40 years old or older. 3. Turn in your applications, necessary documents and payments, in person, to the Joint Apprenticeship Committee at the LU 25 Training Center. 

Please submit your $25.00 application fee when you submit the application.

Payments must be delivered to the Rock Island, IL office in person. It is important for applicants to have a clear understanding of the office and training location. Study guides will also be available for $15 at the time of payment. Study guides will not be mailed.

Your application will not be complete until you have provided a copy of the following requirements:

Driver’s license or photo ID

Birth certificate

High school diploma and transcripts or an approved high school equivalency GED certificate or scores

Military transfer or discharge forms DD-214 or equivalent (if applicable)
